POLICIES

DUE TO COVID-19, SOME OF OUR POLICIES HAVE CHANGED:

-Temperature checks upon entry. If above 100.4 you will be asked to return home

-Face masks required in the building at all times, as well as your entire service

-When you have arrived, please text to let us know. We will meet you outside to let you in the building

-No extra guests allowed at your appointment

-Rescheduling and cancellations fee will be waived if you have notified us ahead of time

-No Call, No Show policy is still in effect. You will be charged 100% of your service(s) if No Call, No Show occurs

-Please reschedule your appointment if you are not feeling well, have respiratory symptoms, or have been exposed to anyone who has tested positive for COVID-19

-Stay home, & stay safe!

PAYMENT POLICIY:

A valid credit card is required to book an appointment, whether online or over the phone. You will not be charged until the appointment is complete. The only time a credit card will be charged is if the no show/cancelation policy has been violated. We will never share your information and will only be used to book your appointment. We take all major credit cards as well as cash. 

 

LATE SHOW POLICY:

If you are running late, give us a call and we will do our best to accommodate you. Some services may have to be rescheduled and or modified. 

 

RESCHEDULING & CANCELATION POLICY:

We ask that if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, you do so at least a day before your appointment, during business hours. If you have a need to reschedule, there will be no charge. Cancelling your appointment same day will result in a 50% charge of your total service amount.

 

NO CALL, NO SHOW POLICY:

If you No Call, No Show your appointment, the card on file will be charged the full amount of the service. Groupon(s) will also be redeemed. We respect your time and appreciate you respecting ours. 

NEW CLIENT POLICY:

We ask that new clients arrive 10-15 minutes before their appointment to fill out paperwork if they haven't done so already. The new client paperwork can be emailed for you to print to bring in, or emailed back to us. Paperwork will also be in the salon in case you forget to do so. Filling the paperwork out before your appointment is recommended, so that we can maximize the full time of your appointment. All paperwork must be filled out and signed before any service(s) will be performed.
